A1. After you pay the samples charge and send us confirmed payment receipt,the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 working days.The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q2. How can i get a sample to check your quality?
A2. After price confirmation,you can require for samples to check our quality.If you need the samples,we will charge for the sample fee.But the cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the M.O.Q
Q3. Can you do the design for us?
A3. Yes,we have a professional team having rich experience in box design and manufacturing.Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas in to perfect packing boxes or laser your logo mark in the lamp body.It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files.Send us high resolution images,your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them.
Q4. When can i get the quitation?
A. We usually quote within 24hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price,please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Sunluxx Warranty
1. Warranty time is 5 years and effected from the date of original purchase.
2. Warranty is only available for customers who purchase directly from Sunluxx, during the warranty time:
(1) New driver will be sent if driver failed.
(2) New LED board will be sent if LED failed.
(3) New Replacement will be sent depend on the level of damage or the specific causes of defectives.
3. Warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, improper environmental conditions, natural disaster,wrong installation,etc.
