A2. We accept following payment: T/T (bank transfer),Western Union,Paypal transfer.Normally,For samples order below total amount US$1000.00,We advice customers using Paypal transfer.Above total amount US$1001.00,T/T (bank transfer) is much better for us.
About the payment for bulk quantity order,Usually we ask for 30% deposit before the production and 70% balance paid before the shipping.

Yes,we have a professional team having rich experience in box design and manufacturing.Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas in to perfect packing boxes or laser your logo mark in the lamp body.It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files.Send us high resolution images,your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them.

1. Warranty time is 5 years and effected from the date of original purchase.
2. Warranty is only available for customers who purchase directly from Sunluxx, during the warranty time:
(1) New driver will be sent if driver failed.
(2) New LED board will be sent if LED failed.
(3) New Replacement will be sent depend on the level of damage or the specific causes of defectives.
3. Warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, improper environmental conditions, natural disaster,wrong installation,etc.
