1. The products of Sunluxx's warranty time is 5 years and effected from the date of original purchase.
2. Kindly be attention that warranty is only available for customers who purchase directly from Sunluxx, during the warranty time:
(1) If confirmed driver is failed, we will send you the new driver.
(2) If confirmed that is LED board broken, we will send you New LED board.
(3) The other new replacement will be sent with the new order depend on the level of damage or the specific causes of defectives.
